A few FAQ's to help you
- What is the size of your group?
- Do you want round tables, rectangular tables, theatre style or standing cocktails for your tent area?
- Do you want an additional dancing area?
- Will you want specialty lighting?
- Do you want a stage riser area for head table, presentations, DJ or entertainment?
- How much available “flat” space do you have for your tent?
- Do you have approximately 2 feet on each side for proper anchoring of the tent?

pick your configuration
To create an accurate overview, calculate the number of guests, pick the configuration you are hoping for, (i.e. Round Tables) and spot the number of square feet you will require. The tent inventory list shows how many sq. ft. you get from each canvas structure then you know which tents you will need for your event.
